Titles on the History of the Passover

I am looking for titles (US English) on the history of the Passover from its inception to the present.

I want to understand how the Passover was observed, or not, through the major periods of Israel's history and how its celebration involved. For example: from inception to the refusal to enter the Promised Land, during the 40 years of wandering, during the conquest of the land, during the period of the judges, during the period of the kings, before and after the Temple was built, during the divided kingdom, during the Babylonian captivity, after the Temple was rebuilt, after Herod's Temple was destroyed in A.D. 70, and from the dispersion to the present.

I have searched but have not been able to find any credible texts with well documented, credible references. Can you help me?
