Ctrl+Shift+R crashes 4.0a. I realise that there is nothing mapped to this sequence according to http://wiki.logos.com/Logos_4_Keyboard_Shortcuts_For_Windowsbut invalid sequences shouldn't crash the program. I have attached my log.

Thanks for the log Tom. I'm sure Logos will be able to evaluate it. It seems to depend what the rest of the program is doing as another user had the same error and I can't reproduce either of them!

    Can you reproduce your crash?

I can reproduce it without trouble. Every time :). I think I've discovered the common link. If I've opened BDAG and even if I've closed it again if I CTRL+SHFT+R L4 will crash. Even if I just open L4 and then only BDAG and try CTRL+SHFT+R it will crash. If I open other resources it doesn't seem to do it. Try that one :)

Alas, I don't have BDAG, but that is valuable information for Logos to reproduce the crash.

I can also reproduce this crash at will with 4.0a (SR3).

It seems that Ctrl-Shift-R is the keyboard shortcut to toggle the interlinear display in Bibles with the interlinear option.

If I open Logos 4 to a blank screen, open NLT and hit Ctrl-Shift-R it works fine and toggles the interlinear display on and off.

If I do the same thing with the NIV it crashes Logos 4 (see attached log).

If I do the same thing with another resource that does not have an interlinear display it crashes Logos4.

If I do it with KJV (which has an interlinear display) it all works okay.

Can anyone with 4.0b see if this problem occurs in the current 4.0b RC release. It is obviously a bug in 4.0a SR3 but may have been fixed in 4.0b.

According to Help for 4.0b Ctrl+Shift+R is the keyboard shortcut to toggle the interlinear display
in Bibles. And it's not fussy about the bible for which it attempts this operation (maybe English ones!) as it will display an empty pane rather than crash.

Thanks Mark, I'll report this as a bug.

Sounds like we're getting there. L4 4.0b final will be out today and we can all check again. I updated the wiki to include the Ctrl+Shift+R shortcut.

I'm using 4.0b (build 7337) - the beta, and with or without BDAG open, I can not reproduce the crash - that means it is hopefully already fixed in 4.0b.

All it does is toggle between interlinear and no interlinear in the active pane. If there is no interlinear it does nothing.
