Courses TOOL not showing up

Using Win 10, and upgraded from Logos 6 to Logos 7
Excited about the Courses tool but it's not showing up in my TOOLS menu ... at Customer Support advised to download latest installer... tried to run but it says "Logos is up to date" so no change. I have a few Mobile Ed courses, and the entire Moody AM Bible Courseware (very old indeed!)
First, has/is anyone else experiencing this? If you were able to resolve... care to share how? Short of total uninstall/re-install not sure how to get it and I'm starting a small group study after the first of the year and was hoping to use this to help!
Thanks!

Maybe rebooting the machine helps.
The courses tool is afaik a part of L7 functionality that does not require NOW to run - if you run the latest version, this would be 7.3 and showing you whether you run a L7 library, the L7 program and all features in the "About Logos Bible Software" screen:
Edit: the Moody AM courses currently don't show in the Courses Tool (same with Look at the Book labs and DIY Bible Study), but mobile.Ed do.
Have joy in the Lord!

Donna, it looks like you upgraded only your library and opted not to upgrade your features. The new Courses tool is currently available in either the Logos 7 Starter Feature Set or Full Feature Set. For the best experience with Logos 7, you'll want to upgrade both your features and your library.

To add to what Phil mentioned, you could subscribe to Logos Now (if you prefer to rent features instead of owning them).
Logos Now would also give you access to a few additional features that aren't available in the L7 Full Feature Set, as well as provide other benefits you might be interested in.
Thanks to FL for including Carta and a Hebrew audio bible in Logos 9!

INDEED... Support also advised that upgrading didn't include the Feature set... so, I got myself a present and now have the Feature set as well [:)] --and it is good. Thanks everyone!
