Bug: 7.3 Courses tool blank content

The Courses tool may not show any content where its plans would appear. This tends to happen when navigating back from an open course to all the plans.

Sometimes you see a flickering effect, where the plans initially appear, then flicker, then disappear. Other times the content is blank from the start.

Clicking on a different tab, then clicking back on the Courses tool tab, apparently "redraws" the content.

This occurs with 7.3.0.0031 on macOS 10.12.2

Resizing the screen also makes it refresh. Definitely a bug.

Do you have any program scaling or resource text size set to anything other than 100%?

No, program scaling and resource text size are both at 100%, Philana.

Here's another occurrence, this time within a course, instead of at the list of plans.

Clicking on the Continue button occasionally leads to a blank screen, instead of showing the percent completed gauges. (I'd say this happens 1 in 6 to 10 times). Sometimes the screen will promptly be blank after clicking Continue. Sometimes you'll see the gauges for a split-second before they flicker then disappear.

Is this at the end of a segment? If so we have a case open for this issue.
