Copy and Paste Bible verse function doesn't work

Per case number 95743

When I try to Copy and Paste Bible Verses to Word in Office 365, it doesn't work. It appears "greyed out." It allow me to cut but not cut and paste.

I have reinstalled Office 365 but it doesn't change the results.

I have enclosed my Logos Log files for your perusal.
