Reopen Closed Windows

Is there a way to reopen a closed window/tab? I find myself getting in too much of a hurry and hit cmd-w to close a window only to find it was not the window I thought was active. Or I think my browser is active and I try to close a tab with that shortcut. Instead, Logos was active and some random window closed.
Is there a history to view closed windows/tabs? I know layouts is one option, but sometimes it hasn't saved recently enough.

Hi Paul,
Go the Tools menu and click History.
