odd screen issue

A couple days ago my internet was offline for a second a It brought up a black screen and said i could not access the online video because it is online. The problem is its online and cannot access it. I can access it through another computer. How do I fix this?

What video, and what tool was used to play it? What OS? What version of Logos/Verbum? Logs would also help.

Was the other computer using the same internet connection in the same way? Same OS?

Hb101 segment 35 video. Logos 7 and i was using teh same connection that I was able to see the vodeo on my laptop.

You could see if there is an update for HB101 by typing update now into the Command box. Otherwise I need to see the detailed logos.log as a result of accessing HB101 seg 35, so upload the compressed log file folder.

Fixed it! I choose delete download media then it worked fine.
