Besides seasonal devotions, I plan on using the following two daily devotionals

And speaking of seasonal devotions, I have really enjoyed https://www.logos.com/product/126550/come-thou-long-expected-jesus-advent-and-christmas-with-charles-wesley over this Advent / Christmas period - and still have a few more days of this to go
What are others planning?
I am not a big fan of devotionals but this is one devotional I have really enjoyed
Devotionals on the Greek New Testament: 52 reflections to inspire and instruct

I started this some time ago. It is a bit superficial, US-centered and based on the mid-20th century situation, but I like its its dynamic atmosphere, avoiding the drowsy feeling in many other devotionals

I'm a big fan of Adolf Schlatter, but I find that I've become more of a collector of his works than actually reading them. The depth of his thoughts gripped me once more when preparing his daily devotional book as a PB - thus I'll try to stick to reading this daily in 2017.

Wow, I think those words probably challenge many of us. I know I have to watch that this doesn't become true for me.

I wish I could read German to enjoy this.
[whisper-mode [:-*] : since Logos PBs don't travel with us on mobile, I installed another bible software today to be able to read another daily devotional (with less-devotional content), Schlatter's "Do we know Jesus?" which is in English language. Even though I own the German and the English versions in paper, I thought this was $5.99 well spent - especially since I'm often away from my Logos PC these days. Of course I would have preferred to see this in my Logos Bible app.... /whisper-mode off]
I like a daily devotional that includes a "through the Bible in a year" reading plan. For years I have worked through both volumes of Carson's "For the Love of God." I have enjoyed Carson's insignts and the balanced reading each day in OT and NT.

This year I will try "Daily Treasures from the Word of God" for a change of pace.
