Lemma in Passage doesn't show up

I am a Now subscriber,
I have edited Exegetical guide, passage guide and no where does the option for Lemma or Lemma in Passage show up.
Not sure why not,

Can you post a screenshot showing what you see when you try to add sections in the Exegetical Guide? (The example you show is the Bible Word Study Guide)?
