This has been happening quite often. When I've highlighted/annotated a certain word/phrase and want to edit it by clicking on the note in which it's contained (note is already open), Logos will crash pretty consistently.

Here is another instance. See attached file.

Kevin,
Can you let me know what resource, location and word your trying to edit? If you could also reply with steps you are taking to help reproduce this issue.
Thanks,
Philana
This is happening when I am reading Bonaventure's Breviloquium. Here are the steps to reproduce this problem:
(1) Have the Breviloquium open (Left Panel)(2) Have "Note" of the Breviloquium resource open on a separate panel (right panel)(3) Have another resource be selected on top of the "Note" (same panel, different tab); this can happen when I double click a word to define it(4) Annotate any word with any annotation (highlight, underline)(5) Click on the Breviloquium Note tab(6) Crash
Another instance:6366.LogosLogs.kevinwang.20170104-131450.zip============Edit: Please note that I've tried to recreate this with other resources and their own "notes" from annotations. This crash doesn't occur with the other resources that I've tested (Calvin's Institutes and Horton's Christian Faith)

We are still have trouble reproducing this, can you do a screencast (you can use the free app Jing) and provide the link.
Please see the linked unlisted video in youtube. Link: https://youtu.be/qoPqIRMBllE
(1) I opened my reading layout (though this happens even without opening a layout)(2) I double clicked "made" and had the dictionary pull up the definition (though all I need to do is just have another tab open on top of the "notes" (3) I highlighted a group of words using a highlighting hotkey(4) I clicked on the "note" tab(5) Crash
===========One thought I had was that I created the Breviloquium note while on the airplane in offline mode. Perhaps that was the reason why the note seems to misbehave. However, in turning off my wifi and creating another note in another resource, I was unable to reproduce this problem.
This has happened again, but with another resource: my NA28 Auflage
Here's the log for it: 2642.LogosLogs.kevinwang.20170105-141246.zip
Here is an unlisted youtube video reproducing this problem: https://youtu.be/lFcMXWAgzwE
Any word on progress? This is happening to other resources and on multiple computers. A fix with this bug would make reading texts + taking notes much smoother. Thanks.
Philana, any word on progress? This is crashing my program with multiple resources on multiple computers. Not being able to take notes without fearing crashing is hindering my study significantly.
I'm checking with the Dev.
I've been trying to reproduce your issue, but have yet to have any success. The video was helpful, unfortunately following the same steps didn't result in a crash. The crash report contains enough information where I can stop the program from crashing, but without knowing why this is failing it's hard to say what other hidden issues there might be that are causing the problem, so ideally I could reproduce the problem before trying to fix it.
I will ship a fix to stop the crash in our next stable release, and hopefully that will get you on your way.

Thank you Matt and Philana. If there are any other issues, I'll be sure to let you know.

Thank you Matt and Philana. If there are any other issues, I'll be sure to let you know. Kevin
We believe we fixed this in 7.3 SR-3. Because we could not verify it internally can you please let us know if this is working properly now?
Philana,
After several weeks of use, I am happy to report that this problem no longer exists. Thank you, Philana and staff!
