Is there a way to add my own background slide for my sermons before exporting from the Sermon Builder? This seems like a feature that should be in here but I can't figure out how to do it. Does anyone know how?

Bummer. Seems like the builder has a lot of cool aspects but doesn't have lots of things you'd expect. Like the ability to adjust font type, style, and location on a slide. Also seems like you should be able to have multiple lines on a single slide to review points, but there isn't a way to do this. At least that I can determine.
There was significant attention given to development and improvement of the Sermon Editor during the beta and the first couple of 7.x updates. It seems as though that has stalled and FL is giving attention to other feature improvements. Hopefully that will change soon, and we will begin seeing some of the improvements that have been discussed.
That makes sense. I would love to see it make a few improvements. I've found some work arounds for the time being. As it gets more improvements I could really see it be a major selling point for pastors, especially in normal church context where the pastor has to do a lot himself. This could be a significant time saver.

I once had a distant relative who was a fantastic woodworker, and could build just about any piece of furniture you wanted, exquisitely. But he hated finish work, so once it was made, it was abandoned, with no final sanding, no stain, and no varnish.
Since L4, Logos has been much like that. An almost awesome new feature is added, then left unfinished while they move on to yet another feature. Not everything of course, but many things have been done this way.

I would like the ability to upload my own backgrounds and/or access proclaim's media library so that when I export to proclaim I don't have to take the next step of editing each slides background.
I don't use Proclaim so I can't be certain but are the background options available not the same as in Proclaim?
I have just uploaded some backgrounds for a sermon series we are doing into Proclaim with the expectation that these would be available in the Logos 7 Sermon Editor. They aren't. So while there is a lot of linked functionality between the programs there are some big gaps. It seems that slide backgrounds don't link across to Logos from Proclaim and announcement slides with dates don't link across to the calendar feature in Faithlife Groups. It appears that more work has been done to bring content into Proclaim from the other applications but not the other way. I agree with the other posts that this would make an incredible improvement.
