Is there a way to open an entire table of contents...

... at once, when I click on the little arrow to the left of the Bible verse in an open bible, say, and have open up everything in that TOC at once?

i.e. is there a way for me not to have to click on "Part One" to find out that there are chapters 1-5 all of which also open up to other subsections?

I'm not sure if I'm clear or not, let me know if this makes no sense.

You can try option-clicking (or alt-clicking) on the disclosure triangle. That will open all the subsections under that chapter or heading. I don't think there is a way to do it for the entire TOC at once, just sections or chapters.
