Free Books Ship Date

I have these three free books (I think they're from Vyrso). One ship date is December, the other is yesterday. I've noticed they haven't gone live yet. Are they simply not ready to ship yet? Just curious.

Actually they all have. There were several threads recently discussing this (in effect, it seems that the Vyrso shop is lacking functionality to automatically deliver Pre-Pubs and lacking staff to manually be on top of things) - the workaround posted several times which I used myself, too, is:

1. Delete the Pre-Pub Orders (the button to the right in your screenshot)
2. Go to Vyrso.com and put them into your cart (in case you aquire all freebies on Vyrso, they will show up on top of a price-sorted view of unlocked resources)
3. Buy the books - they will download automatically to your Logos installation, if you have internet and updates turned on

This workaround obviously makes only sense for books that are either free or at least give no Pre-Pub rebate - but it defies the idea of ordering books prior to release date.

I must have missed those discussions so thanks for reposting the fix. It worked for me too.

I deleted the pre-pubs and ordered them through the normal Vyrso cart. For some reason. Vyrso pre-pubs don't seem to work. Had the same problem previously.

Thanks everyone for the info! I followed the steps, and this worked for me. Surprisingly, pre-pubs on Vyrso (including free ones) used to automatically fire for me, so not sure what has changed (unless Faithlife had a secret person in the back manually processing everything that is no more, Dave Kaplan, by chance?). :-)

They have always worked for me as well. As a matter of fact I don't remember them ever not working. I'm guessing it was a bug.

They have always worked for me as well. As a matter of fact I don't remember them ever not working. I'm guessing it was a bug.
