Indexing stuck at 1% progress (MBP)

Hello,
Logos freezes at 1% indexing on my MBP. I tried closing and restarting the Logos application as well as shutting down my MBP, rebooting it and relaunch Logos and it continues to freeze at 1% indexing. Does anyone have any instructions on what I should do to fix this?
Thanks!
Moses

Please stop Logos and enable diagnostic logging as per https://www.logos.com/support/mac/report-problem
Then restart Logos and post logs in a reply to this thread - using the paperclip icon - after indexing has frozen

Strange
The logos.log seems to suggest that the indexer isn't running so starts it - but the indexer.log file reports that the indexer is already running so exits.
Hopefully someone with some Mac expertise will be able to comment further.

Thanks Graham. Can someone with a Mac expertise assist?

You re-issued "rebuild index" within a few seconds of the original command, and this may have caused the problem. Continue logging, but reboot the computer and start Logos to see what happens.

No problem is indicated, so continue indexing.

Why does Logos show 0% indexed? It has shown 0% for 30 minutes and counting with no change.

Hi
I deleted BibleIndex and LibraryIndex and restarted my MBP. I launched the Logos Logging Utility and opened the Logos application and let it run together for 4hrs. The index remains stuck at 8%. Can you review the newly attached logging file and let me know what I should do?
Thanks

This is potentially useful but the folder does not contain any log files! You need to enable logging in the utility and restart indexing to get results.

This is informative, but it is a system error (perhaps within Mono) and you should contact Tech Support for diagnosis. Quote this thread.
