Unit Videos and Books are not coming up when I am searching for them.

Hello,
I installed the Logos Bible Software, specifically Logos 7. I am in graduate school and I have to complete the assigned academic training unit videos. I am going to attach a file that my professor provided for me in order to search for the training units. I did exactly what the quick guide told me to do, but nothing is coming up. Can someone please help me? I also noticed when I am searching for these books...
"Zuck, Roy B., ed. A Biblical Theology of the Old Testament. Chicago: Moody Bible Institute, 1991."
"Zuck, Roy B., ed. A Biblical Theology of the New Testament. Chicago: Moody Bible Institute, 1991."
They are not showing up in my library, Can someone please help me with this issue as well?
This is the attachment of the Logos Academic Training Units Quick Guide...

Good first move Gayane and welcome to the forums.
Please will you tell us if you bought a base package when you installed Logos and whether you are sure that the indexing process has completed.

I followed the instructions,
and the resource didn't appear for me either. Investigating the Logos products page reveals that this is a resource that has to be purchased separately. Is the University supplying the resource or are you expected to purchase it yourself?
I also looked in my library for the books by Zuck. These books also seem not to be included in any base package or bundle and require separate purchases. Is the University supplying these resources or are you expected to purchase it yourself?
Either way the resources will need to be downloaded and indexed to be available in your library.

+1 [Y] Welcome [:D]
After installing Logos 7, your licensed resources are downloaded and indexed. Has indexing completed ?
FYI: resources appear in library before indexing completes.

Was LT161 Logos Academic Training purchased ? (without a license, course does not appear in Library nor Courses tool)
For learning Logos, free Bible Study Challenge is helpful => https://www.logos.com/bible-study-training

Hello Mike,
I don't know if I bought a base package, I don't think I bought anything. I received an email from academicinfo@faithlife.com saying... Congratulations! You now have access to your Logos 7 academic package. If you haven’t already installed the software, the instructions below will get you started installing Logos 7. And it continues with saying how to install the software and such, and I followed the directions and make an account and then I installed the Logos 7 software. How can I tell if the indexing process has completed? I do not know if the University is supplying the resource, though my professor gave me an email address of someone I can contact and find out what I have to do. Maybe I have to purchase it through her, I don't know yet. I am going to email her later today. If I have to purchase it myself, where do I go to purchase these things?

I do not know where I have to go on the software in order to check if the indexing is complete.

I did not purchase anything that you have posted, I thought maybe my school provided it and took the additional cost out of my tuition, but obviously not. I need to talk to someone from my school now.

Installation => https://www.logos.com/install includes indexing link => https://www.logos.com/indexing
When indexing is in progress opening a search tab has an indexing message:
When indexing is complete, indexing message:goes away in Search tab:

Prudent to verify your Faithlife account has your Logos 7 academic package associated with it.
One idea is checking order history for your account => https://www.logos.com/account/orders/history

Then yes indexing is complete on my end. Yes, I checked the order history and I have not made any purchases.
