Stop "1 Resource to update" option

How do I turn this off (no longer want the resource downloaded), but also NOT removed my library.  Every time I open app on Samsung Galaxy S7 Active, it says, "1 resource to update" and only option allowed is "update all" where as I would like to remove this entirely.

    Hi Derek,

    We need more information. What resource is the app trying to update, and is the resource downloaded locally? Is there a particular reason for not wanting to update the resource?
