Logos 4.0b results in (re) first time indexing all over again?

It should be mentioned in the announcement post about the new 4.0b that it does a substantial 'first time' (re) index again which could take some time - my machine initially reported 2-3 hours but that seems to be dropping quickly.
Just FYI.

it's building your Bible index, which is a new index, separate from the "big" index of all your books, which aids in speeding up Bible searches

Mmmm - as I found out from another post. But it would have been good to know before I upgraded, as it looks like I'm going to leave machine running overnight.
In the announce post it would have been good to advise of the major (re)indexing so people could be aware up front.
