I am getting a lot out of the 30-Day Challenge on Jonah but want to be sure I can access this resource in the future. Is there a way to download these videos?

In the past, FL would give out a coupon code at the completion of the challenge, which let you download the course for free. It's possible that will happen again.
The course is also included with the L7 Feature Set and Logos Now subscription. If you own/subscribe to the L7 features, it already is in your library.
Once the course is in your library, you can download its videos to your computer, to stream while offline.
Does your library have LT271 course ?
Previous 30 day challenge is Mobile Education course LT261.

I think as soon as you join the challenge this time, the course downloads into your Logos library with a permanent license. That's at least what happened for me (without buying a Logos 7 package or joining Logos Now).
