Roku App has a Bug In It

I posted this in another thread a week ago and so far have had no response from Faithlife. So I thought I would try starting a new topic to see if that gets any response.
When I try to watch programming on the Faithlife App on my Roku Premier I can only watch one video at a time. When the video is over I have to exit the app back to the Roku home screen and come back into the Faithlife TV App to get back to the Faithlife TV Home Screen to select another video to watch. I don't have to do this with any other app on my Roku Premier. For some unknown reason, the Faithlife TV app does not respond when I press the back button on the Roku remote. This is extremely annoying and keeps me from watching Faithlife TV videos.
If I don't get some kind of response as to what is going or that this is being looked at and fixed I am going to end up canceling my Faithlife TV subscription. I also have PureFlix and Dove TV for Christian programming. Granted it is not the same as the programming on Faithlife TV but I don't have any annoying bugs that keep me from fully enjoying their programming either.

We haven't been able to reproduce the problem on our Roku devices. When we get to the end of a video we can press the back button (not the left button on the D pad) or choose "Back to browse". Would you check the version of the channel? You can find it on the home screen by pressing the * button with the Faithlife TV channel selected. The current version is 3.5 build 1.
