The books I bought does not appear in my library

I bought New Testament Background Commentary and Encountering the book of Romans by Douglas Moo. I downloaded it but it does not appear in my library. How come? Please help.

Let me make sure I understand. You bought these and downloaded? If you buy something in Logos 4 you download it when you restart Logos or run the Update Resources command. Is that what you did? Or did you download it as for Logos 3?

You might just try to use the Update Resources Now command.

Are you using Logos4? If not, you'll have to run an update script that you should get via email in order to install into Logos 3 (AKA Libronix).

If you're using Logos4, here are a few things that have kept others from getting their updates:

Make sure that you have "Use Internet" set to "On" in your L4
program settings, and that L4 is not blocked by your firewall.
Make sure that your L4 log-in ID is the same one you used to
purchase your resource from the Logos web site. (If not you'll have to
call support to get this straightened out.)
Also give some time (some times a few hours) for the license to be
generated to the server to which you are connected.

To Richard and Chris:

I don't know if I am using version 3 or 4. It just says here Libronix Digital Library System. I guess this is version 3 as Richard indicated.

This February I downloaded two Bible commentaries. There was no problem. The books appeared in my library. Should I update?

If it says Libronix it sounds like you are in version 3.

Here is what I do: Go to https://www.logos.com/MyUnlocks (you need to log in) and lick on the Unlock and Download button. That will get the license into Logos 3, and if necessary download the file(s) (you stated you may already have them.) Then start Logos 3, Under Tools/Library Management do a Synchronize licenses, then I also backup the license file (not necessary under Logos 4, just Logos 3). If you go to the Library the resource should be there!
