Word count discrepancies

In doing word counts in 1 Peter, using the KJV, I have found a couple of discrepancies—there may be more. In 1:18, the word πατροπαραδοτος (which only occurs here) is listed as occurring 6 times! Similarly, the word ευαγγλιζο is listed as occurring 6 times, while in reality it only occurs twice.

I'm using L6. I'd be grateful if someone can shed light on this. I have checked with the ESV and everything is fine with the word list.

I'm speculating it's related to tagging - with the single word being associated with six English words

To expand on Graham's comments, if you want accurate Greek word counts, you should really use a Greek text, for exactly this reason.

I created a bug report (thread) in the Logos 7 forum because a Morph Search for lemma:πατροπαράδοτος gives 1 result.
