Any point to keeping old install Cds?

I'm purging my office area, and discovered my old SESB and Supplement 1 install CDs, stamped 2004. I think I've gotten rid of most of my other install Cds (that was the day, eh? Order something, wait 10 days for a cd in the mail, manually type in registration numbers...)

Is there any point to keeping any install CDs?

I think that many users have said that they have discarded theirs. Even though I have quite a few of then, they don't take up that much space, so I keep mine. I've thrown out the oversized boxes that some of the Libronix collections were in, but I kept the cd's. I'm not sure I'll ever need them but I've got them if I do.

Is there any point to keeping any install CDs?

Only if you suspect that the resources are not in your current (Logos 4+) Library, or you never installed software from Logos 4 onwards. The serial number can establish your licence for the resources.

I still have my original floppy disks, but no FD on my computer. Good for museum pieces.

My first purchases were the Nelson e-Bible LifeWorks collections featuring John MacArthur, Lucado, and Hayford. They have content which does not transfer unless copied by file. Mostly audio files if I remember correctly.

This is the only reason I keep them.

I still have my CDs, such as "The Lucado Lifeworks Library, The MacArthur Lifeworks Library, etc." I will not get rid of them, because you never know what will happen; and then you might need them.[:D]
