We will need a little more information in order to help you. What steps have you taken? What error messages have you seen? How far did A-15 get before it quit?

It's was working fine, until I changed translation of the bible from NKJV to RST. It's crashed and know I can,t even open, soon is home page came in, it's crashed in next second.
In the START HERE link in my signature, item 6, you will find instructions for enabling logging in L4 Mac. If you post your logs here, someone from the Dev Team may be able to spot your problem.

I don't read log files, but when we get yours posted, I'll get the attention of someone who can.
After you open the Console Log file, select "Save a copy as…" from the File menu. Did you also enable the Logos4 and LogosIndexer logs?

I sent a message to Joe Miller asking him to take a look at your logs. I don't know why no one else has responded to your posts.
Hi Jack, I got your email. I am not a developer, so I have no idea what I am looking at when I see the logs. :-)
However, when developers do not reply, it is generally because they are busy figuring out what to do or how to solve a bug. In most cases, silence means work is being done and taking the time to post "we are working on it" simply distracts from work getting done.
So, in short, I would simply assume the developers are now trying to create a solution or workaround and when they have one, they will post.
I wish I had more immediate help.

Console has couple File Menu options: "Save Copy As ..." and "Save Selection As ..."
When Logos 4 is lauched, initial Console Message is "Logos Bible Software 4[####] Setting ulimit for open files to 10240" where #### is process number.
Nothing jumping at me in posted log file - suspect developers would like to see Logos 4 log file with corresponding Console Messages.
What did jump out on my computer - found couple Logos 4 processes set ulimit to 10240 - when 2nd process, Logos4Indexer, launched contents of Logos4.log were overwritten so message lines about User Interface language disappeared.
By the way, had Logos4.log file open in Console when launching Logos 4 - noticed some interface language lines appear then disappear as Logos4.log file overwritten again.

Yes, sometimes when the app crashes, nothing is written to the Logos4.log. But perhaps something will be written to the ConsoleMessages.log that is not in Logos4.log.
If you could open Console and then start Logos 4. If you see the crash, then "Save As..." your Console Messages.log and post it in this thread.
