Downloads not happening

I have purchased 2 products since Win 10 Pro upgrade- having issues with ONLY L7 downloads- need some help here.
Tech support made it known no beta calls- and online tech notes no help.

Can you type Update Now in the Command Bar, and could you post your logs?

Do you have auto download updates set to "yes" or "no"? If the former, what range of hours do you have chosen?

It appears from the logs that you didn't wait for the update check to complete before posting the log files. Please try again and wait for the message to be displayed before submitting the logs. Also, which resources are you expecting to see?

I want to reinstall L7 again- which folders do I need to copy and save before I uninstall and delete current version.
Please do not point me to wiki its way to confusing- please just tell me which folders.

It appears from the logs that you didn't wait for the update check to complete before posting the log files. Please try again and wait for the message to be displayed before submitting the logs. Also, which resources are you expecting to see?
Well I'm confused because the message came up on the screen "no updates"

That makes it seem like the resource has already been downloaded. How are you determining that the resource is not available?

Seems like it- but still can't tell what was downloaded from my purchase below- all the resources have the same date since the reinstall. I guess the updates are happening very quickly- new memory and 2 TB SSD drive- speed is incredible.

The individual resources for your order should be listed in logos.com?
Note that the "Last updated" date in Library reflects when they were downloaded, so it would have been easier to see new resources before you reinstalled.

When it is part of a collection it only list the collection- not each item that was actually purchased- sent note to CS again to see if they can actually tell me which resources I received in this purchase- since I owned a lot of them already.
