I ran an Exegetical Guide on Acts 2:14-41. Under the Word for Word everything appears as expected, however it cuts off at verse 28.
I tried refreshing the guide and got the same results.

It takes some time to perform all of the lookups and data associations that the Word by Word section entails, so the section is limited to a maximum of 15 verses at a time. If, for example, you run the guide on all of Genesis 1, the Word by Word section will end at Genesis 1:15. As a workaround, run the guide again on vv 15-31.

One other option might be to have two Exegetical Guides open at the same time if you need to refer to both sections at the same time.
