Licensing ?

Last night I purchased Jon Coursons commentary. I was suppose to be sent to a 3.0 cd. But I did some browsing last night and found that I could donwload each volume seperatly. I did so and called logos this morning to see if they could unlock the licensing for me, since I was able to download each volume individually. They told me no problem... When I got off of work. I checked my system and nothing was availible. I see on my account that I purchased it. My card was charged.. I called back to logos and told them my problem. The cusomer support agent  said she would get back with me. Now logos is closed and I am still without acess to my commentary. Is there a way to see if logos has unlocked the licensing for me. Logos 4 is does not have the resources. I assume I put the book files in the right folder

I have synced my license on version 3... I am not sure what else to do. I dont know how to see if they unlocked my license or not.

Is there a way to see if logos has unlocked the licensing for me.

The file is on our computers but is in an unknown data format so I doubt any of us know how to read it.

Have you tried the Scan command pointed to your Logos 3 resource path? It won't do anything if your license file is not correct, but it ought to bring those resources in if the license file is correct.
