How do I do a search for every instance that God commands someone to go, or says go to someone?

Do a bible search for:
go WITHIN {Speaker <Person God>}
If you want more precision like limiting it to imperatives, you'll have to use a morph search for the Greek and Hebrew terms:
(lemma:הלך@V?M OR lemma:ἐξέρχομαι@V??M) WITHIN {Speaker <Person God>}
I found the lemmas by right clicking on "go" in the OT and NT passages. There may be other words translated as "go" that this search doesn't cover. Also, these words aren't always translated "go" so you may see some other words like "walk" or "come". If you really only want "go", you can use this:
(lemma:הלך@V?M OR lemma:ἐξέρχομαι@V??M) WITHIN go WITHIN {Speaker <Person God>}
Actually, this seems to work without specifying the underlying original language verbs:
(@V?M OR @V??M) WITHIN go WITHIN {Speaker <Person God>}
Do a bible search for: go WITHIN {Speaker <Person God>}
Expanded Bible Search:
