iPad Not Updating With Updated Sermon

I am finding an issue with my iPad not updating the sermon notes on the cloud. Is there some trick to getting the most recent sermon notes you intend to preach to update on the cloud and then reflect on your iPad?

I preached a week ago and I was missing several key changes; I didn't figure this out until a church member noted my handout was different than my sermon (not a good thing).

I think I located the heart of the issue, the sermon was not updating on the cloud. My Mac is getting updates for Logos automatically, same with my iPad, so I Aimee I have the most recent software for both. I found if I played with the Sermon Info it triggered the update to the cloud. When home I am in WiFi 24x7 so it wasn't an issue with no Wi-Fi; I have noticed that it isn't always successful (a red exclamation point versus the sync circle) but I have been working on this sermon for one week and the web didn't have anything newer than the first day on the cloud. So, appears the issue is updating to the cloud.

This is really useful to know

Please start a new thread in the Logos 7 forum explaining that you have issues syncing from your Mac to Logos servers - and cross-reference this thread for context.

Please ensure diagnostic logging is enabled - details at https://www.logos.com/support/mac/report-problem - and upload logs to this new thread after you see the red exclamation point indicating  a sync problem.
