Brill has released this in paperback for $120. I don't understand why this is still prepubing for $450.

Because Logos has grown a lot and has other side projects they need to support. The tagging excuse is not a valid excuse anymore! Some works have barely any tagging and they are sold at a high price too (e.g. Butler's ABE; and many monographs).
Too expensive for me! If it was $200 I'd probably jump on it (because of the tagging), but since it's more than double the price, forget it. I'm not here to support other side projects FL has going. Only Denise has the enthusiasm and the money to over pay for these resources (oh Hi Denise! LOL)...I could be wrong...hehehe
My 2 cents!

Oh, I bet there is a lot of people that will pay that. How is it progressing?
I feel there is hope FL could renegotiate the current Brill pre-pub prices down? These are single user licences anyway.
DAL, you laugh too much. They say, laughter will extend your life ... delaying your heavenly abode (many mansions ... I've not seen what Galillean fishermen might expect from a 'mansion' ... likely something Antipas lived in).
But you're right on the two hebrew/greek prepubs ... those are what I call 'keepers'. And likely valued by whoever gets my library in a few years. I canceled them.
Money-wise, the question is more obstruse. I got the hebrew library extension for $70 but then was going to get a refund in favor of the $35 size. I'm not sure why, but this prior election year is impacting my judgment.
Then, this week I almost signed for a 1600s Bible that was a treasure. But I realized I probably couldn't read it for tearing it up. Another issue Bible scholars don't discuss much.
