Scrolling bug

I had hoped that 4.0b would fix my inability to scroll using my laptop touchpad. No such luck. Does anyone have any current information on this bug?

First, welcome to the forums.
Second, I don't believe I am familiar with this bug. What is happening? Where can you not scroll? Can you scroll in other applications?

Hi Jack,
This is the well-known bug that won't allow synaptics & some other branded touchpads to work until the NET components that feed WPF are updated by Microsoft... I'm hoping for next month, but all I've seen is that's the earliest we might expect it... How long it takes for Logos to be able to make a build with the updated NET components is anyone's guess... no info.
Blessings!
Grace & Peace,
Bill

Thanks for the update. I was not aware of that bug. It has no effect on my Mac Book Pro.

Thanks for the info. I'm glad to hear that this has not fallen off of the radar. I can scroll with every program except Logos. The limitations are frustrating, but I can work around it a little more joyfully as long as I know that someone is working on a solution.
