I purchased a Surface Pro 3 which has 8 gig of ram with a 500 gig drive. You might be okay with a 4 gig ram and 128 gig drive. But I wanted to have good performance. I'm very happy with mine I use it to teach and preach.

As far as using Logos/Verbum it would be the same as the desktop configuration (same OS family):

8 GB RAM and min. 256 GB SSD as 128 GB is too limiting.
