I was wondering if it would help that new resource that is on pre pub to get to the "under contract" stage if an email could be sent to those who have signed up for such emails. When the product goes farther down the line if new pre pubs I think it is harder for people to know about it. And some people may not check the pre pub list. Perhaps it would be good to do that before the pre pub price goes up. Maybe there is something I'm not thinking of but it is just a thought.
