Upgrade offers no longer automatically appear
The upgrade offers page no longer appears when you put an L7 library or base package into your cart. This has been broken for about a month or so.
As it stands now, those offers are currently only available to customers who already know about that page and those offers.
If these offers are meant to be in effect, it might be helpful to resume displaying the page, so people can realize that better savings might be available for certain products (since some of these products are also on sale as part of the 2016 Top Products).
Perhaps when the web site is completely overhauled, the store could support displaying multiple discounts which are available for a product, instead of only displaying one specific discount.

Confirmed. No upgrade offer page being displayed after adding Verbum (Logos) 7 to the cart.

I think FL started showing the Library Expansions page (in place of the upgrade offers) once an L7 library was added to the cart.
Perhaps it was an either-or thing, since the web site might not have the capability to show both pages. Maybe FL forgot to add it back?

They are available and still work if you know about them and add to your cart along with a Logos 7 Library.

The upgrade offer and library expansion pages were purposefully removed from the checkout path. The pages themselves have not been retired, as they will be used in future promotions that follow base package purchases.

Oops. I guess those offers were inadvertently left active longer then they were meant to be, but they are no longer in effect now. Sorry to anyone who recently found out about them, but missed out on an upgrade offer.
