Not directly, but you could rename the commentaries to achieve this. Prefixing the commentary name with a number, for example, would do this
Concur adding two digit prefix to resource titles would allow alphabetic sort to be in canonical order.
Logos wiki => Canonical Commentary Collections has number internally used by Logos and Verbum for each Bible Book.

Click on (i) for resource information has two titles that can be renamed:
Personally have added Year prefix to Bibles (with Language indicator) so Bibles sort in chronological order.
