I go to start Logos and the splash screen appears. A few seconds later the splash screen disappears and nothing else happens. I have Logos 6 and am subscribed to Logos now.

Sorry to hear you are having problems.
I have Logos 6 and am subscribed to Logos now.
For info - the Logos Now subscription means you are actually running the Logos 7 engine. So this post may be moved to the Logos 7 forum where more people will see it and be able to assist.
Your log does show that you are running an old version of Logos 7 (7.1 SR-1). It would be good to upgrade to the latest version - you can do this by typing the command "update now" in the command bar once Logos starts working again.
Your logfile shows:
Error ID: 2354Error detail: UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path 'C:\Users\Scott\AppData\Local\Logos5\Data\nqddzara.np2\WebBrowser\Custom Dictionary.txt' is denied.
So it looks as though there is some form of file access / permission issue.
Are you trying to start Logos from the account used when you installed it?
Can you check folder / file permissions?

For clarification: The Logos Now subscription provides the user access to the L7 engine... but any given user may or may not have actually updated the engine. Of course, they should!
