Logos 5 crashes in Win 10

I open the exegetical guide for a passage and everything works fine.  I click on the scripture and the program stops working - not always immediately.  I have checked for available downloads and have re-indexed my library.  this has started happening all of a sudden after working fine for years under several versions of windows. I have tried rebooting, etc.  Sometimes it seems to work for 5-10 minutes and then the program just disappears.

    Logos 5.2b and earlier releases are unsupported => https://www.logos.com/support/free-support

    Logos 6 Core Engine is $ 0.00 so recommend upgrading to Logos 6.14 SR-3

    Next week should have Logos 7 Core Engine available for $ 0.00 (and may have Logos 6 change from maintenance to unsupported)

    After Logos crashes, please zip up "Logos Log Files" folder before opening Logos. The Logos.log file shows Logos 5.2b SR-11 was opened at 11:37 am while LogosCrash.txt shows a crash at 11:27am (10 minutes earlier). Opening Logos after crash caused contextual information in Logos.log file to be overwritten.
