Highlights not syncing from home to work computer

I have logos 7 installed on my home and work computer.  Highlights are not syncing from home back to my work computer.  My home computer is Windows 10 my work computer is windows 7.  Any Guidance?

How do you sign in to Logos at work e.g. via a proxy server. Has sync always worked for other documents, so it is only highlights and notes that no longer sync? Do documents sync from work to home? any issues with downloading new books and book updates?

Can you confirm that the underlying note document is not updating? Is it possible that the visual filter for that document is turned off?
