Bug: No refresh of book/chap header after return

Not major, though confusing unless you memorized the text.

See 2 screens below, this report referring to the second panel (Nabre) for both screenshots.

In 2 Kings 17.10, I clicked on the asherah footnote; it ref'd Exo 34.12+; I clicked on that to read the ref (in Exo). 

I then used the back arrow to return to 2 Kings. The app returned but left the Exo header in place (1st screenshot). The second screenshot shows the correct ref for the text.

Running on ipad mini, latest ios, latest Noet (dated 1/30/17).
