Notes Question

Today, I finally got around to importing my notes from L3... and now I have a question. Are all notes ALWAYS active? Is there any way to make only SOME notes active? or is our choice limited to whether we have one or not?

For example... I have the old 1599 Geneva Study Bible Notes notefile... When imported, it now shows a note in what appears to be everything that's arranged by Scripture. I prefer NOT to have its notes show AT ALL in ANY resource unless I've decided to work with it...

So, how do I make this notefile INACTIVE so its notes don't show up everywhere? Am I limited to deleting it?

(I'm looking for the L4 equivalent to L3's unchecking the "Load at startup" box.)

click the visual filter button & navigate to your note... then right-click on it, there you have the option to disable it permanently from showing up unless you turn it on...

You can currently turn off existing notes in each resource by deselecting them from the Visual Filters menu (three circles) in the resource window.

And if you right-click on the notefile name in the Visual filters menu, you get a secondary menu that switches it on or off in ALL appropriate resources:
