Sermon Editor Keyboard Shortcuts Question

Are there any sermon editor keyboard shortcuts? I am looking for shortcuts to make bullet lists, headings etc.

The only ones I know are command b,i,u to get bold, italic, and underlined text. 

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

(I am running Logos 7.4 on MacOS 10.12.3)
