A15 - Spanish Titles used on Radio Buttons and Not able to Delete "New Folders" or any Folder in Fav

Surprise

1. Selected "Favorites" from the Tools drop down menu.

2. A 'New Folder' was created.

3. Unable to delete the - "New Folder"
