Combine the Greek Septuagint OT and Greek NT in one window?

Is it possible to combine Septuagint(OT) and Greek NT to view them as one resource in one window?

I'd like to display a full bible in Greek side by side with my favorite English translation. It's hard to follow a live sermon in the Greek on my phone or tablet because following both OT and NT scripture references in Greek with a parallel English translation requires 3 windows, but we only get two!

I have some partial workarounds, but they are not as effective...

• Workaround 1: Use two interlinears. However, it's just not the same result.
  
  
• Workaround 2: On the iPad Pro is to use multitasking and open Septuagint/Eng in one app, and GreekNT/Eng in the other app (e.g. OliveTree or Verbum). But no luck on an iPhone.
  
  
• Workaround 3: Learn Greek better so I don't need English at all. Yeah, I'm working on it, but it seems like a stretch for me.

Btw, It would sure be nice if there was a way to have tabs... it makes a lot of things easier. (See Laridian's PocketBible for implementations of tabs on iOS and Android. It works really well!)

AFAIK there is no way to do this currently.

If Faithlife would enable the iOS app to recognize books in a series, you could pull off what you want. It would involve setting up your two Greek Testaments as a custom series (in your desktop program), then linking your English Bible in one window to either Greek Testament in the other window in your iOS app. Moving to an OT reference in the English Bible would cause the linked text to open the LXX to that passage. Moving to a NT text would cause the GNT to be opened.

As I said, I see no way to do that currently. Supporting series would be beneficial, but I don't know if it is something FL can do, and if it can, whether it is planned.

The approach I outline below isn't perfect but it might help

Have a split-screen setup with Greek resources one side and an English translation on the other - set the panels to sync

Here I am using NA28 for my GNT. Then tap on the GNT (so it has "focus"), go your Library and open a LXX text. That will open it in the same panel.

Then if you tap on the resource name (at the top) the Library window will open. Ensure it is set to sort by "recent" and you will see both Greek resources near the top.

Clicking either of them will cause it to open in the "Greek" panel (in my case on the left-hand side)

Scrolling the Greek resource (or selecting a different reference) causes the English translation to sync.

It's not perfect - and I saw some times when it didn't work as expected - but well worth trying.

Also reminds me that the second app workaround should also work on iPhone if I use the 3d touch to do a fast app switch from the left side of the screen (or even the old fashioned way with a double click of the home button).

Yes, this is needed on all mobile platforms. I wonder if the technical reason it's not available is the discrete arrangement of resource indexes on mobile.
