That does not provide the meaning of the name e.g Reuben = Behold a son, Abram = the exalted father

Another choice is New Strongs Guide to Bible Words.
It appears to include all the names. I have it prioritized (not at top) for english words that point to their hebrew or greek usage ... ergo names. And a mouseover provides a quick view of any curiousities (in the Strongs discussion).
EDBN shows more possible meanings for a name. However it shows implied meaning without noting implied. Still good, though.
