Laptop Sync Deletes Logos 4

I updated my desktop yesterday morning, and my laptop in the afternoon. The desktop went well, although it seemed to take forever, and I imported from my v3, it went well taking a very long time.

My problem started when I opened Logos 4 on my Laptop. It opened and started synchronizing and then crashed. After the crash I tried to start it again and it gave me a message that Logos 4 Prerequisites was not installed, I checked Control panel and sure enough Logos 4 did not show up. I checked the Logos folder and it all seemed to be intact.

I moved the Document, User and Data folders so not to take forever to index, install Logos 4 replaced the folders. I reinstalled Logos 4 and it took forever over 3 hours or better to index and then synchronizing.

It appears that the update uninstalled Logos 4, anyone else had this problem?

No!

But you state " It opened and started synchronizing and then crashed." which was after the update ie. L4 failed after working once.  It's a pity that any logs would be gone by now (if you had enabled permanent logging) as they would have helped.
