Logos 7.4 SR-1 indexing error

Howdy,

I installed the 7.4 SR-1 update in the wee hours this morning (around 5:30am, Texas time), and it just finished indexing (just after noon, Texas time).

As requested, I am sending the zipped Logos Log files.  However, I must confess that I "peeked," and the Indexing error file had this message in its body:

Program Version: 7.4 (7.4.0.0032) Time: 2017-02-14 05:16:15 -06:00 (2017-02-14T11:16:15Z) SQLite Error 11: database disk image is malformed

Program Version: 7.4 (7.4.0.0032) Time: 2017-02-14 05:16:15 -06:00 (2017-02-14T11:16:15Z) Failed to prepare supplemental index; will reindex. Libronix.SearchEngine.CorruptIndexException: The SQLite lexicon at 'LibraryIndex/supplemental-build.lxn' could not be opened: database disk image is malformed: database disk image is malformed --->

Thus it did a full indexing.
