macOS reading view advance page keyboard shortcut

Is there a keyboard shortcut that advances one screen/page on the reading view? I need something that duplicates clicking the mouse cursor on the right or left arrow on the bottom right-hand corner while you are reading. If you press the right or left arrow on the keyboard, it advances a section instead of a page. If you press down or up, nothing happens. If you scroll with the trackpad, it advances screens like crazy.

Pressing the Spacebar will advance one page, Shift-Spacebar goes back one page.

Also, Shift-Command-Down arrow advances to the next verse, chapter, article, etc. and Shift-Command-Up arrow goes to the previous verse, chapter, article, etc.
