Not copying citations anymore

Hi,

Logos normally copies resource citations into footnotes when I copy text and paste it into Word. However, this feature is no longer happening. I checked my settings and "copy citations" is turned on. My text is greater than 25 characters. Am I missing something? Anyone know why the citation might not be copied anymore?

Are you running on Windows or Mac?

If Mac, you are probably running into the issue caused by a recent upgrade to Office.

Hi Ben! I want to follow up with the previous message and add that if it's PC, there's a chance your default paste has been changed within Microsoft Word, on occasion we've seen the paste default change from Keep Source Formatting to Keep Text Only.

My Windows Logos is no longer copying citations even though the text is longer than 40 characters and "copy citations" is turned on. I am copying from Logos to MS Word. This is a new development. I've never had this problem before today.
