Highlighting Multiple Selections at Same Time to Highlight

I have searched a book using a visual filter, to find all the words with the same lemma -- in this case, the Book of Ruth and the word "return". Logos 7 finds the words that meet that criteria and visually highlights them. I would like to select all of them, apply a selected highlighter pen (which has been set to save those highlights into my notes document). I can't find out how to select all of the "found" words at one time -- the only way I've been able to accomplish this is to manually select each one, highlight it (and it then shows up in my Notes document).
Is there a quicker or more simple way to do this?
Thank you!

Hi Sharon
You can't add them all to your Notes document in one go, sorry.
But if you are using a Visual Filter you can highlight them that way.
Is there a particular reason you want them in the Notes document as well?

I performed a "Bible" Search in the book of Ruth for the ESV version. I took the resulting 6 entries and performed a "Save as Passage List". Then I exported that resulting passage list, using Print/Export, to my clipboard. When I pasted the clipboard into a New note, it resulted in the text of the search with clickable links to the Biblical text.

The Grid, Verses, and Aligned version of the original search produced reasonable results in the ultimate note. The "Analysis" version would only export to and Excel spreadsheet. I have not had too much luck with Excel data pasted into Logos notes.

Thanks for the reply. I think I'm getting a handle on it . . . not particular reason, I sometimes over-think and over-analyze things. Thank you![Y]

Thank you, David! This was very helpful and I think I'm getting a handle on how I want to organize my notes in general. I sometimes get "wrapped around the axle" and over-think structure of my written notes. I appreciate the suggestions, especially the Passage List feature.
