Problems Making Notes

I would like to know if anyone else has this problem: A good portion of the time when I add a note, instead of showing me the verse with the empty box to start typing in, it goes to the very top of my notes file and is not in an active box. I then have to scroll all the way down to the right verse, click in the box, and then I can start typing. This takes considerable extra time. Anyone else have this?

I made Logos support aware and they said they would fix it in 4.0b, which I now have, and it didn't work, though I do now have all my notes from L3 finally. So I was actually thinking about starting to use L4, but then this doesn't work right nor does Copy Bible Verse. How sad....

    I can't say I have that problem.

Instead, I have a problem with my context menu.  When I right click on a selection of text and I try to add a note to "My Notes" it will only show one of my Note files (e.g. Add a note to "My Notes").  I have at least 4 Note files: My Notes, My Old Notes, My Notes on Textbooks, etc.  When I want to add a note, it only shows one of those as available.

So to get around it I go to File and then open my other Note files.  With each Note file open in its own tab, sure enough, I can add notes because now the context menu has been populated with each one of my Note files.

This was already the case in earlier versions of 4.0 and I haven't seen a change in 4.0b.  This is not a huge deal since I have a work around right now.  But if 4.0c is already in the works here's a small bug to fix.

I'd had the problem earlier in a 4.0b beta but not since. I'll test it this evening.

When I want to add a note, it only shows one of those as available.

It shows all opened note files. If there is none, then it shows the last one that was opened.

While I had this problem earlier, I can't recreate the problem in 4.0b. 4.02.3.7337

I, too, have had this problem for a long time. I am using the current beta and it is still happening.
