OK, So how do I fix this?

Never mind, I starting playing around resizing the window and the top jumped down enough to grab and reposition it.

If it happens again in the future try changing your screen resolution to something smaller like 1024x768. Your window headers should be visible then.

I often run into this problem since I use a second monitor with my laptop. If you right click on the icon in the taskbar, select "Move", then hit an arrow key, you will be able to move the window back onto the screen.

Or ALT+Spacebar, then "M" for move & use arrow keys to nudge it down. Sometimes clicking on a border will also snap the top down to where you can grab it.
